About Our Plants
What makes your plants special?
We specialize in rare and unique specimens, particularly caudex plants and pachycaul trees that are carefully cultivated in our Louisville greenhouse. Each plant is selected for its distinctive character and health before shipping.
Do you offer plants suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! While we specialize in rare specimens, our Classic House Plants collection offers beginner-friendly options. We also provide detailed Plant Care resources to help all plant parents succeed.
What’s included with my plant order?
Every order comes with our proprietary Plant Transit Survival Kitâ„¢ and care instructions. For larger plants or specimen orders, we include specialized support materials to ensure successful acclimation to your space.
Ordering & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for secure checkout. All transactions are encrypted for your protection.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placement?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement by emailing [email protected]. After this window, your plants will already be in our preparation process.
Do you offer gift wrapping or special messages?
Yes! Our Gifts collection offers beautifully presented plant packages with optional handwritten notes – perfect for fellow plant lovers.
Shipping & Delivery
What shipping options are available?
We offer two green-focused options:
– Express Green Delivery ($12.95): 10-15 day transit via DHL/FedEx with tracking
– Free Earth-Friendly Shipping: 15-25 day transit via EMS for orders over $50

How are plants packaged for shipping?
Each living sculpture is secured with biodegradable materials and our horticultural team uses specialized techniques to protect delicate caudex formations and foliage during transit.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship globally except to some Asian and remote regions due to customs restrictions. Contact us if your country isn’t listed at checkout.
What if I’m not home when my plants arrive?
Our carriers are trained in plant handling protocols and will never leave packages in extreme weather. You’ll receive tracking details to coordinate delivery.
Returns & Plant Care
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-Day Plant Happiness Guarantee. If your plant arrives stressed from transit, we’ll guide you through revival or replacement. Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected].
How should I acclimate my new plants?
Visit our Plant Care section for detailed guides. Generally, keep new arrivals in bright indirect light for 1-2 weeks before moving to their permanent location, and water sparingly until established.
My plant isn’t doing well – what should I do?
Email photos to our plant care team at [email protected]. We’ll provide personalized recovery advice – most transit stress can be resolved with proper care!
