Rubber Plant – Ficus Decora Tineke

The Tineke is an eye-catching Rubber Plant (Ficus elastica / decora) cultivar. Their glossy, cream and green variegated leaves have made these a very popular houseplant for decades. Like other rubber plants they are much easier to live with than their more fussy peers.

Rubber plants will tolerate lower light conditions but colorful varieties like the Tineke will look best when they receive a splash of direct light. Water every 10-14 days, allowing soil to dry out between waterings. Don’t worry if you forget a watering, these plants are very forgiving. Tolerates any humidity level.
